OpsClear AI is a troubleshooting aid. Read this page before you rely on it in the field.
OpsClear AI is an advisory aid. Field technicians must strictly adhere to site Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and facility safety protocols. The client and on-site technicians retain sole responsibility for work performed.
OpsClear AI is a support tool for qualified technicians. Every person using it to inspect, troubleshoot, repair or modify equipment must hold the training, licences, certifications and authorizations required by the laws, regulations and codes where the work is done, and must follow their employer's safety procedures. OpsClear AI does not replace those qualifications or the technician's own judgment, and the customer is responsible for ensuring every user is qualified for the work they perform.
OpsClear AI directs your attention to the next most useful check — it does not replace your training, your site's safety procedures, applicable code, or the judgment of a licensed or certified professional. You are always the one deciding what's safe to do next.
OpsClear AI uses qualitative confidence only — "Most likely," "Possible," "Unlikely but worth ruling out" — never a percentage. It will tell you plainly when a fault falls outside general troubleshooting logic, and will recommend escalating to a qualified specialist rather than guessing further.
