Terms of Service

Nexora Systems Inc., operating as OpsClear AI · Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nexora Systems Inc., operating as OpsClear AI ("we", "us"). They cover the Solo and Team plans. You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up; we record the date and the version you accepted. OpsClear AI is for business use only. If you use it for your employer, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. Enterprise customers sign a separate agreement.

1. The service

OpsClear AI gives AI-generated troubleshooting suggestions and keeps project, equipment, session and upgrade records at opsclearai.com. We may change or improve features over time.

2. Field safety

OpsClear AI is advisory only. The AI suggests; the technician decides. Every user is deemed competent and legally qualified to perform the work they use OpsClear AI for. You and your employer are solely responsible for job-site safety, including lockout/tagout, verifying zero energy, permits, codes, manufacturer instructions and site rules. OpsClear AI never authorizes work on energized equipment and never suggests bypassing a safety device; any bypass under your site's permit process is your decision. Where a suggestion conflicts with your procedures, your procedures win. Verify every suggestion before acting on it.

Qualified technicians only. OpsClear AI is a support tool for qualified technicians. Every person using it to inspect, troubleshoot, repair or modify equipment must hold the training, licences, certifications and authorizations required by the laws, regulations and codes where the work is done, and must follow their employer's safety procedures. OpsClear AI does not replace those qualifications or the technician's own judgment, and the customer is responsible for ensuring every user is qualified for the work they perform.

3. Your account

Keep your password confidential; you're responsible for activity on your account. On a Team, the owner controls who is invited and removed. Records created in a Team belong to the company account: when a technician leaves, their sessions and history stay with the company.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

  • Prices are shown on our pricing page, in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada and in US dollars everywhere else; the checkout uses your billing address. Solo is $20 USD / $29 CAD a month (Basic) or $40 USD / $59 CAD (Max). Team is $30 USD / $45 CAD per technician per month (Basic) or $60 USD / $89 CAD (Max). Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 11. Sales tax is added where it applies.
  • Basic includes 20 troubleshooting sessions a month per technician; Max includes 40. Each session includes 15 chats and 5 photos or drawing pages. Unused monthly sessions don't carry over.
  • Solo plans include a 14-day free trial, once per person and company. A payment method is needed to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged; otherwise your plan starts and is charged on day 15. Team and Enterprise customers may be offered a free trial month by email; the terms of that offer are set out in the email.
  • Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges.
  • You can move between Basic and Max at any time. Moving up applies right away, charged for the rest of the current period. Moving back to Basic takes effect at your next renewal.
  • Extra chats are one-time purchases (+20, +50 or +100 chats) shown with their price before you confirm. Unused extra chats carry over until your subscription anniversary, then expire.
  • Extra sessions are one-time purchases (+10, +20 or +30 sessions) shown with their price before you confirm. They are for the calendar month they are bought in (Alberta time); unused extra sessions expire at the end of that month.
  • Extra photos are one-time purchases (+10, +25 or +50 photos or drawing pages) shown with their price before you confirm. They are used once a session's own photos run out. Unused extra photos carry over until your subscription anniversary, then expire.
  • Team and Enterprise customers can pay by purchase order and invoice on request; contact us before subscribing.
  • We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your account.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your card details go directly to the provider and never to us. Invoices and receipts are available to download from your account. For any question about a charge or a refund, contact us at support@opsclearai.com.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time online from the Billing page; you don't need to contact us. After you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. When your subscription ends, your account's data and history are permanently deleted, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You'll see this warning before you confirm. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise; see our Refund Policy.

7. Your content

You own what you upload and the records you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, and you confirm you have the right to upload it. We don't use your content to train AI models. Troubleshooting content is processed by our AI provider under commercial terms that do not allow it to train its models on our customers' content.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use OpsClear AI to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to access another customer's data, or to share accounts outside your plan's seats. We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers or anyone's safety at risk.

9. Disclaimers

The service and all suggestions are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that suggestions are accurate, complete or suitable for your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from work performed, or for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can cancel or delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; we'll notify account holders by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Questions: support@opsclearai.com.

13. About our language

This website and our documents speak to the trades: technicians, tradespeople, workers and crews. These terms include everyone, and we refer to people only by their work and role, never by sex, gender or identity.
